1. Remove makeup and cleanse before use. Once the skin is dry, you may lightly mist with a hydrating spray.
2. Wear protective goggles.
3. For first-time use, test on the inner forearm.
4. Cover any facial moles with a mole patch.

For sensitive skin, perform a patch test on the inner forearm before first use. If no irritation appears after 1 hour, you can use the device with confidence. We recommend choosing the mode that suits your current skin condition and increasing gradually.
For acne-prone skin in an inflamed breakout phase, avoid the inflamed areas or wait until the skin has calmed before using.
After your treatment, simply wipe off any gel from the device and store it. If there's dust or residue, use a slightly damp soft cloth or a sanitising wipe to clean it.
The device disperses melanin. In a small number of cases, some melanin may remain on the epidermis during metabolism, making the skin appear darker temporarily. This usually resolves within 1–2 weeks, but the exact timeframe varies by individual. After use, keep the skin well-hydrated with sheet masks or hydrating mists, and use proper sun protection to help speed up melanin metabolism.
The device combines DPL and NIR energy. In BRIGHTEN mode, DPL energy reaches its peak, so you may feel a brief energy "snap" on the skin with mild discomfort—this is normal. We recommend slow, continuous gliding over the face and avoiding more than 3 flashes on the same spot.
The device uses a combined DPL + NIR long-wave technology. It's normal for the skin to feel warm, slightly dry, or mildly red after use. Apply a cooling, soothing sheet mask straight after—ideally pre-chilled in the fridge.
NIR mode delivers "Platinum Milky Light" results with relatively higher power, using controlled heat to stimulate dermal collagen. A warming sensation during use is normal. You can refrigerate a sheet mask beforehand and apply it afterwards to cool and soothe the skin. During use, avoid staying on one spot, instead glide slowly and continuously across the face.
