Orders can be returned within 15 days of product arrival. No refunds will be given for orders older than 15 days. Your refund will be made within 10-15 business days of our receipt via the same method of payment as the purchase.
When returning a set or kit, we need all the items in the original set or kit. No refunds will be issued for partial returns of sets or kits. For hygiene reasons, opened giveaways cannot be returned. Opened giveaways will be deducted from the mass refund based on market price.
If you have a return or exchange request, simply send a letter to seasupport@ulike.com with your name, order number, a photo of the product being returned, and the product to be returned, and we will walk you through the return process step-by-step.
We will not accept any returns under the following circumstances
Any product that was not purchased from ulike.com.
Any product that is not supplied with all of its original packaging and accessories (including the retail box, manuals, charging cable, and other accessories from the original product).
Any product that is physically damaged.
Any product whose appearance has faded from natural use.
Exceeding the warranty period.

Caution
There is no shipping charge for returns or exchanges. However, if any returned product does not accurately meet the terms of our policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return. Free returns do not include special regions and shipping labels not provided by Ulike. Unopened gift items cannot be returned.

About the Return Process
Contact us: Contact us and provide us with your name, order number, the product you are returning, a photo of the product you are returning and the reason for your return. We will then contact the courier company to pick up the item. The courier company will contact you by phone to confirm the pickup time.
Pack the returned product into the original box correctly and wait for the courier to pick up the package.
We will notify you when we receive the package: We will process your return within 1-3 business days after receiving the package.
Receive a refund: Your refund will be credited in the original form of payment shortly after we check that your package meets the return criteria. Refunds will show up in your bank account within 10-15 business days (refund processing time may vary by bank).
PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted for products purchased at ulike.com. If your product was purchased from Amazon, ShrimpPi, or an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return or exchange.
Damaged Products
Ulike carefully inspects products before they leave the factory to ensure the quality of each product, but there is still the possibility that a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of it as evidence and send it to our customer service representative who will replace it as soon as possible. In the meantime, please contact customer service to send back the damaged product to help us find the problem and prevent the error from happening again.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an unshipped order, please contact our customer service staff.
Simply contact our customer service at seasupport@ulike.com to cancel your order.
About Refunds
Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment within 10-15 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected to be in good condition.
Delayed or non-received refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the refund is still not showing up in your bank account, please contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for your refund to be officially credited, and then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is credited. If you have completed all of the above steps and have not received your refund, please contact us.”
