ULIKE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN AND REFUND
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), you may return the Ulike product (“Product”) which you purchased from ULIKE (HK)LIMITED
1.2 (“Ulike”, “we”, “us” or “our”) as an end-user purchaser (“Consumer”, “you” or “your”) and apply for a refund.

2. REFUND PERIOD
2.1 You may apply to return a Product and seek a refund for such Product within 15 calendar days from the date such Product was delivered to the delivery address which you provided us at the time of purchase (“Refund Period”).
2.2 You will not be entitled to apply for refunds for any Product after the Refund Period for such Product had lapsed.
3. APPLYING FOR REFUND
3.1 You may submit your refund request by writing to us at seasupport@ulike.com. Please provide your name, order number, the name of the Product, a photograph of the Product which you seek to return and your reason for seeking a refund.
3.2 We will contact our courier service provider to collect the Product to be returned from you. The courier service provider will contact you to arrange the collection time. Please package the Product to be returned in its original packaging (together with all accessories) and wait for the courier service provider to collect it from you.
(a) We will not charge you shipping fees for returning or exchanging Product. However, if any returned Product is incomplete or is not eligible for refund, you shall bear the cost of returning the Product to us.
(b) Any objects (“Foreign Objects”) other than the Product, its original packaging and accessories that is incorrectly returned and sent to Ulike may not be returned. Ulike does not store such Foreign Objects and any Foreign Objects may be disposed of at the sole discretion of Ulike without notice. You shall not be entitled to seek any compensation or make any claims against Ulike in respect of any Foreign Objects.
3.3 We will notify you when the returned Product is received by us. You may contact Ulike to inquire about the status of your return and/or refund within 14 working days after our notification.
3.4 If you are assessed to be eligible for refund, we will refund you the price you paid when purchasing the Product via the same payment method which you used to purchase the Product within 10-15 calendar days of receiving your returned Product. Please note that your refund may take a few days before it is credited into your account.
(a) For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will you be entitled to any refund that is more than the price you paid when purchasing the Product.
(b) The value of any vouchers, discount codes, discounts or promotions are not refundable and may not be reinstated.
4. EXCLUDED SCENARIOS
4.1 Please note that we will not accept your return, and you will not be eligible for refunds in the following circumstances:
(a) if the product was not purchased from our online store at https://my.ulike.com/ (“Online Store”). Please note: we will only accept returns of Products purchased from our Online Store. If you purchased your Product from other websites, e-commerce platforms or retailers, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the Product to arrange for refunds / exchanges;
(b) if you do not return to us the Product together with all original accessories (including but not limited to the charging cables and other accessories to the Product included within the original packaging);
(c) If the Product is physically damaged, including by ordinary wear and tear, alteration or modification, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the Product, or normal aging of the Product;
(d) if the Warranty Period for the Product has already expired; or
(e) if you applied to return a Product after the Refund Period for that Product had lapsed.
4.2 When returning a set or a kit, we require all items from the original set or kit. You will not be eligible for refunds if only a part of the set or kit is returned.
4.3 For hygiene reasons, opened gifts cannot be returned. We will deduct the value of any opened gifts from the total refund amount based on the prevailing market price for such gifts.
4.4 The approval of your request for refund will be made by Ulike in its sole discretion, and shall be subject to your compliance with such conditions as may be specified by Ulike from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that Ulike’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenant and agree that you will not bring any suit or otherwise assert any claim against Ulike or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
5.1 If you made an order via our Online Store and your order had not been dispatched, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at seasupport@ulike.com.
6. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
6.1 We may perform a price adjustment for you in the following circumstance:
(a) If you request for a price adjustment within 7 calendar days of completing your order. If you request for a price adjustment after 7 calendar days of completing your order, Ulike shall have the sole discretion of deciding whether or not to accept the request.
(b) If the Product you purchased is eligible for price adjustment, we will refund you the price difference between (i) the price which you purchased the Product, and (ii) the prevailing price for such Product, within 15 to 20 business days, via the same payment method which you used to purchase the Product.
6.2 Please note that you will not be entitled to return your Product after we have refunded to you the price difference.
7. General
7.1 Ulike shall have the right to revise and update this Policy at any time. We will use commercially reasonable methods to notify you of such revisions.
7.2 A person who is not a party to this Policy has no right under the laws of the Republic of Malaysia to enforce any of the provisions under this Policy.
7.3 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malaysia.
7.4 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this Agreement, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Asian International Arbitration Centre(“AIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
