Two-year limited warranty policy
Ulike is committed to quality. Every Ulike instrument undergoes rigorous quality and performance testing. Our 2-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Damage, defects
Malfunctions caused by abuse or misuse
Improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects
vandalism, improper storage
Improper maintenance or repair incorrectly
Use of harmful chemicals
Acts of God, fire, water, abrasives, negligence
Failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, lost equipment
Normal wear and tear, modification, overuse
Professional or commercial use

How long does this Limited Warranty last?
The Limited Warranty expires after 2 years from the date of purchase.
How do I apply for the warranty?
To apply for the warranty:
Contact us:: Leave us a message. There you will find specific instructions on how to apply for the warranty. Please have your order number, serial number and proof of purchase available.
Take a photo or movie of your product: Before sending your product back to us for a warranty claim, please leave yourself some evidence that your device was fine before you sent it back. (Include photos or movies)
Prepare your product for shipment: Pack your product in the shipping material we provide (e.g. shipping box or shipping label) and send it back to us. Upon receipt of your product, we will verify that the defect or malfunction is covered by our warranty.

If your product is covered by our warranty, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on the jurisdiction in which you live. This Warranty does not affect the rights provided to you in your jurisdiction with respect to consumer products.
